Whenever I'm starting my laptop it's showing your cooling fan is not working

First off, we do not provide support for commercial OSs -- like Windows Server you claim to be running.

 

Second, sometimes this message is in error -- so, you would have to open the PC case to confirm whether or not the fan is running.  IF it is, you can then go into the BIOS settings and disable the sensor that is faulty and telling you the fan is not working.  If it is not running, you have to replace the fan.

 

We are not HP tech support and can not walk you through how to do that, so if you don't know how, you will need to take the PC to a local facility that can replace the fan for you.
