Would much appreciate if someone could assist me in clarifying the correct spec of power supply that I should be using for this computer. Is there a lookup against the computer model that would tell me the correct one or a compatible one?
I am suspecting that a boot problem could be caused by the power supply being used having accidentally been swapped for one of an incorrect rating.
If it helps the Product ID for the computer is N8X85EA#ABU

Excellent counter question. It is Voltage 100-240VAC, 50-60Hz. You have the wall cord, which is specific to someone in the UK. The PSU brick and the power "tip" is standard equipment.
PS<> then why did you state your in the US (see your location below the user level). 🤔

Many thanks for your help. There isn't any location showing below user level from what I see here. I have found a section under my profile where I can enter UK but not sure if that is reflected by what you see. Maybe I have subscribed to the wrong forum. Apologies if that is the case.

We accept anyone from any where. Just type in English. NO problem, but this is what I do see:
and this for a UK person.
