@vasilisvouro,

This spreadsheet shows varied configurations. There are examples of the HP 590 series with different PSU and GPU combinations as a reference. The GTX 1050 75W versions that do not have a 6 pin PCIE power requirement ( like some EVGA cards),  The GT1030 30W has also been tested.

Hi,

Yes it will fit in the case, however a 50 watt TDP sounds like its pushing the 180W PSU to the limit. You might want to upgrade it some time down the line.

@vasilisvouro,

A full height card will work in the 590 series.  A GTX 1050 that does not have the need for a 6pin PCIe power plug would also work.

@vasilisvouro,

What has been recommended time after time:

You should made a cardboard template of the dimensions of the card, and try it.

BTW<>generically stating GT1030oc is like saying you own a Ford.   Need to be specific. as every card manufacturer has their individual specs. lengths (single fan, double fan).  My triple fan Zotac GTX 1080 Amp Extreme is a monster at 12.8".
