Product: Omen 30L
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I want to upgrade my pc but don't have the budget for a full upgrade. But I at least want to upgrade my airflow with some better fans and a new case along with a more robust power supply. Could I take apart my omen 30L, grab a new case, and slap the parts into that new case? or would that not work.

What is your machine ? For example

 

        OMEN 30L GT13-0014 Desktop PC

 

Probably it use same  Moria3 motherboard which is a  Micro ATX, channel board exchangeable format.

 

You should be able to put it on a different Micro ATX case given you can also fit the PSU to new case.
