Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day,
I was considering doing a CPU upgrade on my PC. At the moment an i7-9700k is installed and I thought about buying an I9-9900k. However, the information about upgrades does not say whether I can install an I9, even though it is the same socket and the TdWP is correct.
can someone tell me if I can still install an I9.

In effect the Core i9 is very expansive so it is risked to buy it with no compatibility warranty!

Hello, do you know what is your motherboard??

If the Core i9 is not indicates compatibles by HP, we can't warranty the BIOS can recognizes this CPU..

In effect it is not indicates compatibles, but I don't know why.. Maybe it is compatible but not indicates, maybe a BIOS problem and your computer risks not boot with an i9..
