Microsoft Windows 11

I have had this pc since late July of 2022 and I have not had this problem since recently. I thought this problem was under Microsoft's control, but their support contact told me since it involved the BIOS it is an HP issue. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this in a way that a child could understand because this is all very confusing to me. Here is what I told the Microsoft support,

I am losing my marbles. I don't really have a good understanding of anything computer besides like RAM because I bought it to play video games, so I am just very confused as to how to fix my computers problems without restarting my computer. In the last thirty minutes, my computer has crashed so many times. It would happen one after the other within seconds of turning it back on. I kept on getting and error for PTE misuse, Kmode not handled, system thread, service exception... Those were the error codes that kept popping up each time. I don't know what any of them mean and when I Google it, it doesn't make any sense to me. This has happened before, but it was a couple of months ago and I got  the crashing to stop by uninstalling the newest cumulative update. Today I redownloaded it after the first time it crashed so I could update my drivers which then prompted me to update my HP BIOS. I don't  know what that is exactly, but i updated it. After that, everything started crashing again.

I would really appreciate any kind of help that doesn't cost me $40 a month or restarting my entire pc (if that is possible to  get around).
