Im just curious if im able to use a graphics card. Also, will i need any other attachments other than the graphics card itself and will it cancel out my other if i add a new one or will it boost it - thanks.

Hello
absolutely not !
You must be able to use two compatible cards, except, the motherboard has only a 16x pci slot
This motherboard does not allow this function

It really depends on what you are referring to as crossfire.

Since that term/word can mean different things to how it is used.  Do you mean the Crossfire game or video card use, to start with something to help explain.

Am I able to do so? id really like to install a better graphics card but im worried my PSU cant handle it

It's not simple
take a look, and if that's not enough open another thread
