If this happened after a windows update then try the advice given here

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/specific-keys-on-keyboard-not-working-ctrl-alt...

Try running the HP Support Assistant to find if any new drivers are required.  Get the latest version.

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.

hello and thank you for your feedback, unfortunately you solution was not helpful in my case, my problem is that when i connect other keyboard, the mentioned keys wokes fine, so the problem is not with any update, but with Hp keyboard it self, did i disable the keys accidentally? if so, how make it works again, is my keyboard faulty? why just the mention keys?

Regards

check warranty and call for repair info:

Depending on your model, the keys may be replaceable. lf the keyboard is defective it might not be repairable depending on your system.
