From what I can see on the support page, that model came with Windows 10 and had a 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD.

I suspect that the typical setup with HP OEM machines - the D; drive was probably the Recovery partition and in the process of Windows 11, somewhere it either overwrote the partition or just caused it to "disappear".

Look in Disk Management to see what that shows.  If the partition is still there and it was called the Recovery partition, then it might still be intact but it will have Windows 10 recovery, most likely -  so not really useful, anymore.

If you wish to restore the partition or change the space it once used, it might be possible to do that with the Disk Management built into Windows, but much easier with third party software, if interested.

Hello @Prométhée,

As you asked for the Product name and number, please check it below :-

Product name : HP All-in-One 24-df0000a

Product number : 1V6D6AA#ACJ

Total Memory : 8GB

Processor name : AMD Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon Graphics

@Prométhée  was correct in his assessment.  Here is the spec page for that model

https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c06885814

It does show that the D; drive is a 1TB SATA - 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA HDD

The C: drive would then be the 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD

First run the Diagnostics routine, that will tell if the drive has failed.

To run the Diagnostics routine, Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick Diagnostics from that popup menu, F2.

If the Diagnostics routine shows the 1TB drive to be OK, then look as the Disk Management to see what that shows.
Report back with the results.
