I have an HP ENVY 750-537cb and today after leaving my computer for around 30-45 minutes, I couldn't open most of my applications. I just thought it was one and went to uninstall and re-install the application. But it wouldn't let me so I decided to see what was wrong with my drive. And when I tried to open the drive file it would not let me. it would give me an error saying "D:/ is not accessible. The device is not ready." So I was like that is odd and went for the obvious approach and decided to reboot my computer to see if that had any effect. And what it ended up doing was making the drive completely be gone. Like it wasn't even there. Now luckily I did have some things on my SSD such as chrome and some other applications. But mostly everything is on the missing drive. I decided to turn off my computer and run some errands and when I came back it was like nothing ever happened. So later today, when I got back on, it gave me the same message. I went for the first time inside the computer and opened it up. I dusted it and pulled the hard drive cables and plugged them back in. And sure enough, it fixed it. But after sometimes it went back to the same error. I just need to get this fixed to get my work done please help.

From the symptoms posted, it could very well be the drive is about to fail. Also from the from posting, there does not seem to be any backup plan. Assuming the SSD has the Windows OS and the 😧 is for data, it would be advisable to replace the 😧 drive before it fails and try to backup or move the data from the old drive to the replacement.
Since you have already been inside and tried the troubleshooting step, the you should be able to do the replacement. If it was me doing the replacement, I would try to clone the 😧 drive to the new one using Acronis or one of the Acronis variations that WD and Seagate have, if you use one of their drives in a non-Windows environment. I have had very good results with problem drives, catching it before it fails while using that software in its own cloning environment.
And - quit using the computer until this replacement has been completed.

Today one day after I posted this response the drive has failed and nothing seemed to work. I will try the software you told me and hope to be able to recover some files. I will stop using this computer until I switch out the drive and thank you for the advice TheOldMan.

Now that it seems certain that the drive has failed, Acronis might not be the best approach, so it there is further assistance needed, come back with details and perhaps I came help.
