Ran memory test in BIOS and I got FAILURE ID: RUOEL3-AP2BSQ-QF8V5G-40BJ03  for the memory module 1: DIMM1  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi:

 

You will most likely need to replace the memory module in that socket.
