Hello,
Unfortunately, after less than 2 years of use, the DIMM2 slot doesn't recongize the memory 8GB bar.
I tried 2 mémory bar :
1. the initial one 8GB
2. the new Textorm 8 Go DDR4 3200 MHz CL16
What I did/do :
A. I switched the 2 bars : always only 8GB detected
A bis. I let only 1 bar on the DIMM2 slot : The system is not booting
B. I update the bios to last version (HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows app) : always only 8GB detected
C. Windows reinstallation (I kept my Datas) : always only 8GB detected
D. Clean the slot with air and remove some dust : always only 8GB detected
E. Very quick UEFI HP Boot test on MEMORY : 7.XGB detected
-> By the way the DIMM2 tab show "Not installed" at in the table which is supposed to display Memory Bar informations
F. Deep UEFI HP Boot test : Running...
Is there a way to have a more precise information in order to solve this issue ?
