Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G4 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought an Refurbished HP EliteDesk 800 G4 Small Form Factor on 8/28 from Micro Center and when I setting it up I noticed that the DVD/CD-ROM drive doesn't work. It doesn't eject and when I stick in the hole to manual eject it doesn't read the disc that I put in there. According to Micro Center website it says there is a vendor warranty: parts: 90 days limited attached to my computer. I was wondering what the limited parts warranty would cover since its a refurbished computer?

I understand that you purchased the unit from Micro Center. Unfortunately, we have limited support options available for it. Since its Refurbished.

I would recommend reaching out to Micro Center, as the point of purchase may be able to provide further assistance or advise you on the available options.

I have reached out to Mirco Center and they told me that none of the Refurbished computers come with a working DVD/CD-ROM drive and told they have external drives for sale but I already own one but just want pull it out every time I need it. So I guess Im out of luck on having a working internal  DVD/CD-ROM drive.
