I put a DVD into my DVD tray. When I opened the tray, the DVD was not in it.

I made sure to push the disc onto the spinner before pushing the tray in.

I shook it, to see if gravity would release it, like a guy on youtube recommended. That worked for a lot of people. It, obviously, did not work for me.

I tried the paper clip suggestion numerous times. The tray opens, but still no DVD disc in it.

I had a guy open my computer to find the DVD disc. He couldn't find it anywhere.

The tray has a bracket behind it so the disc could not have slipped into my computer.

What other means could I use to retrieve my disc or should I just let it go since it isn't doing any damage?
