HP Envy TE01-2xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.  I have the HP Envy TE01-2xxx desktop.  I'd like to add a dvd drive.  I don't see a slot on the front.  Is it possible to add a DVD drive?

Hi,

Some TE01 products have an internal optical drive, some don't.

I would buy a external USB 3.0 optical drive if your chassis does not support an internal component.

@liljill8 -- in addition to what @Grzwacz wrote, note that adding an external CD/DVD device is much less expensive than paying a computer technician to disassemble your computer, purchase a device, install it, reassemble, and test your computer. Probably, $50 for the "self-installed" external unit, and at least DOUBLE that for the technician's time & skills.
