Hi There, 

I am in need of a DVD driver for TS-H653 model for windows 10.

Any help is appreciated.

Windows 10 typically includes any driver you might need for a DVD/CD drive.  But there is typically no software included to read whatever might be on the disc.  If that is what you actually are needing, then VLC is a good free software that can read and play DVD's and CD's.
