DVD stuck

OK, I lied. This is a hardware question, but I see no Hardware board.

I have a DVD that is stuck in the vertical DVD drive. The DVD drive is NOT stuck. It ejects as it should. The DVD is srtuck in the drive case. How do I get it out?
