OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000a (514R7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, my warranty expired just a few months ago and I have an issue with my computer. Its a little over a year old, and I bought it after transitioning from an omen gaming laptop, so I wasn't sure about the potential this build holds. I have a 3070 and a good CPU, but I am often maxed out at 200 fps during fps gaming on low-spec games like Valorant, even though I have all low settings. I speculate that my GPU is the problem, and that it is defective. I've factory reset my PC countless times, and I'd also like to note for the first few months after purchase, I hadn't touched this PC since I was across the world for the summer. When I returned, school had started so I couldn't really use it too much, but now that my free time grows, I am noticing the unreliability of the PC's hardware even though the specs are good. I dust a lot, and even invested in 32 gb of RAM in addition to the 16 that came with it. Please help. Can I see about getting a repair or replacement or something for free? If not, what would be the best course of action in my situation.

Sorry, but there is no way of getting anything for free from HP as they do not do out-of-warranty work. Period.

You would have to take it to a local computer repair shop and pay the full rates for parts and labor.

What about if I buy the warranty extension?
