Sent my laptop in for repair and never received it back. It is marked as delivered but it was never signed for and there are no pictures as proof of delivery. I had to take a picture with the laptop when it was collected and I checked the delivery procedure. If the item isn’t signed for there has to be a picture of it in a open doorway. It was also mentioned in the delivery noted that the item wasn’t allowed to be left in a ‘safe place’. I was also home the whole day so I would’ve known if it was delivered. 

 

I have contacted DPD who were meant it deliver it but they said it was delivered under Flextronics HP team. Everytime I have tried to contact HP about this they say they will look into it and call back and they never do… Can someone please help resolve this issue

Point proven again...Was contacted privately and told the issue has been escalated to the appropriate team and I'll receive a message soon. Never heard anything from anyone - its been over 2 weeks
