How do I know? Well, looking at information that is available online pertaining to your HP Slim Desktop S01-pF2123in PC (7J4Y1PA), such as: https://uniquec.com/product/hp-s01-pf2123in-7j4y1pa/ and: https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c08458889, I found that your desktop is fitted with the Akali motherboard with SSID: 89B4, fitted with an Intel 12th gen processor -please verify.
And according to: HP - Compaq | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com (RAM identical to the pF2123in model), can be fitted with up to 2 x 32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks. As you can see in the aforementioned link, "cl=19" RAM is compatible.
However, more useful information can be found looking at actual HP Slim Desktop S01-pF2xxx Users [models with the Akali motherboard with SSID: 89B4] https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-Slim-Desktop-S01-pF2xxx/265393, and here we observe the following compatible cl=22 DDR4 3200 MHz RAM modules:
2 x 8GB Samsung M378A1K43EB2-CWE
2 x 16GB Crucial CT16G4DFRA32A.C16FN
2 x 16GB Hynix HMAA2GU6CJR8N-XN
2 x 8GB Hynix HMAA1GU6CJR6N-XN
2 x 16GB Kingston KF3200C16D4/16GX
This list is far from complete, obviously.
Summarizing: when you want to upgrade the RAM in your desktop, look for: DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks, and you should be A-OK.

How do you know? HP hasn't released support or hardware specs documents for this model online. I called their helpline and they informed me about this.
Anyone with technical knowledge from New Delhi can install RAM on my PC at home? I don't wanna risk opening Desktop(Small one) myself and HP is saying that you need to carry desktop to HP store yourself for RAM upgrade. I don't have car.

In my honest opinion, you would be better served with the Crucial 2 x 16GB RAM kit: it is best to fit matching RAM (same brand, model and capacity) for best performance and having your RAM run in faster dual-channel mode.
