HP Recommended

Based on the recommendation of your official update software, I installed a BIOS update. Since I installed it, the computer has not turned on.

I followed all the suggestions written and said by you following this malfunction. There is no input from the keyboard and mouse, no output to the screen; it seems the update damaged something in the hardware and electricity of the computer.

 

Since this is a hardware damage that occurred under your direct responsibility, following an official HP update, I demand free repair despite the warranty period having passed. Alternatively, I am willing to receive a new computer.
