5 brand new desktops, can't get them to stay off. They are turned off by clicking Shutdown, then usually a few minutes later, they burst back into life. I see there is a document:

Hi
The thing I first thought of was a BIOS setting of Wake On Lan (WOL) that wakes up the machines.
So check the BIOS, uncheck the Fast Statup option, like below...
The fast startup box is empty (the battery option is obviously not for you).
If in doubt please ask.

Hello i have the same problem with my hp z820 I installed windows 10 pro (1809) and after a while when I press shutdown after 2 minutes it starts again i installed windows 7 the same problem. I've updated BIOS, disabled automatic restart, changed power plan, disabling wake up on LAN and now dont have any ideas what to do. Anyone who solved the same problem or have any idea??
