Product: Pavilion s5310f
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ran the diagnostics tool.  Trying to find out what failure ID indicates.  What product # do I list?  I tried the model # -s5310f - wrong.  Then the hard drive # WDC...…..wrong again.  Any suggestions?

Hi:

 

If your PC reported a 24 character failure code, the hard drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

 

Here is the link to the failure ID code website.

Your PC's support page will only have the service guide for how to replace the hard drive.
