The computer without the above option comes with an Intel 630 integrated graphics card.

Has anyone been successful in finding this discrete AMD card?  I have only seen two posts on this site that mention this with no solution or HP part number that is a AMD video card with 4 GB of DDR5 that can fit in the mini form factor case.  I am beginning to think this option as an add on is listed on the support site but does not exist for the mini form factor.  Any info or thoughts would be appreciated.

Part is shown on Page 5 of the Maintenance Manual but no part number is given.  Maintenance and Service Guide HP EliteDesk 800 G4 Desktop Mini

Additionally a search for the part on the HP Parts Store doesn't reveal anything. Model number is Model: 5JY66UP 800G4EDeD/i58600T/256p/8G/54k ALL

Thanks, I did the search for Product No 4CF90AV with the following results.    

L31404-001

SPS-PCA GRFX W/COOLER ASSY ED 800 G4 DM

Looks like that would be the graphics card.  Of course none were available.  I am wondering if there is a suitable substitute part since it looks like non are available and the only place that looks like they may have one is on e-bay?  Thanks for your help.

being in France, if I do a search, it mainly gives me results from French sites
And possibly the same type of result, if not available
If you only find used, then you risk having already damaged equipment, I wouldn't want you to buy something like this either!
apart from giving you a reference as I did, I' 'm afraid I can't do better
Maybe an expert like @Paul_Tikkanen  could be of more help here
