Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - TP01-1155t

My disk drive door will not close.  I have tried shutting the system down and then restarting.  Still didn't help.  I can hold the door closed with a disk in it.  When I do this it is making a grinding noise.  This is my first time every using the disk drive.  What can I do to get this issue fixed?

Do you mean Optical disc such as CD/DVD ? Can you simply use your finger to push it back or use Close from Files Explorer ?
