Product: HP 22-b226 All-in-One Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Pc shows a lens were the webcam should be, but my system does not recognize that I have one and no drivers as well.  How can I know for sure my PC did not come with a camera or HP manufacturing shorted me a camera?
