Hello, I own a HP pavilion 550-153 icore 3 4170, 6gb ram, 1TB HD, I Bought a new processer for my computer (Motherboard- memphis2-s) (new processer - Intel Core i7-4790 Processor 3.6GHz 8MB LGA 1150 CPU, OEM (CM8064601560113) And I am wondering If I need to update my BIOS, and if so where can I get the new BIOS update for my motherboard? any help would be great! Thank you!

You should not have to upgrade the BIOS unless the CPU is not recognized or hyperthreading was never enabled on the old CPU.
The only other thing that matters is for Windows to recognized the new CPU which, in my experience, is not done automatically.
If your system is booting up OK then go the device manager and look for Processor. If your old CPU is still shown or if only 4 "cores" are shown instead of 8 then delete all the "cores" and reboot.
The new CPU and all 8 of its shiny new cores should show up!
