Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a lot of issues with RAM of internet sites and may software programs. It is very slow accessing, so not sure if need to upgrade or something else?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you have trouble using the Pc and you are looking for a RAM upgrade on the PC to increase the PC's performance. 

To check if the Pc supports any upgrade or not, please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
