Hi @JUANCARLOS_01,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP Pavilion AiO PC 27-ca2000i has a specialized keyboard layout that includes a calculator key instead of the traditional Num Lock (BloqNum) key.

Here’s how you can activate the numeric keypad without a Num Lock key:

Method 1: Using the On-Screen Keyboard

Open the On-Screen Keyboard:

  • Press the Windows key and type "On-Screen Keyboard" into the search bar.
  • Click on the On-Screen Keyboard application to open it.

Enable Num Lock:

  • Once the On-Screen Keyboard is open, you should see a key labeled NumLock. Click this key to activate the numeric keypad.

Method 2: Using the Windows Ease of Access Settings

Open Ease of Access Settings:

  • Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.
  • Go to Ease of Access (or Accessibility depending on your version).

Enable Mouse Keys:

  • In the Ease of Access menu, select Mouse.
  • Turn on the Mouse Keys to use the numeric keypad on your keyboard. This allows you to use the numeric keypad to move the mouse pointer.

Method 3: Using Keyboard Settings in HP Support Assistant

Open HP Support Assistant:

  • Search for HP Support Assistant in the Start menu and open it.
  • Go to My Devices > Troubleshooting and Fixes.

Check Keyboard Settings:

  • Look for any options related to keyboard layout or customization.
  • If available, adjust the settings to enable or remap the Num Lock functionality.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
