The manual that you referenced is for a different motherboard and not for the HP Thimphu motherboard.

Hello @Big_Dave have you gotten access to the manuals? I'm looking for them as well as I have a bug/problem with my front (top) USB Panel and im looking to see whats the correct way of connection, I'm also having issues with the lighting in the Phoenix Case, any info I'd be greatly appreciative..
