Does HP All in One model 24-df0092ds have any open RAM slots for expansion? Or can 8GB be replaced with larger RAM?

Does desktop have a back-up battery?

If you do not want to open the case then download and run CPUz

https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

It will count your slots and inform what is is in them.   Do not make the mistake of buying faster ram thinking they will work.

If you have a pair of 4gb and no empty slots then you need to finder compatible ram.  Go here

https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/

If you have only one stick of 8gb make a note of the part name and order the exact same one.

Alternatively --

put in your product ID or serial number (not the model name) and look for what type of DIMM is available and use the HP part number to order from HP or buy used.

The Kingston memory finder is, IMHO, more accurate than corsair and may  have your product in their database.

Come back here if you cannot find the proper ram.
