It was recommended that I check to see if my PC can support SDXC cards before I buy them. Where can I find out that information?

Hi @YT2252,
Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you wanted to know if the SDXC card is supported as you think it is a type of SD card and also supported by Windows 10.
As per the website you gave us clearly has a note below that says "NOTE: Some Host devices may NOT support SDXC cards."
This is a common website and not particularly for this computer. HP has not tested SDXC cards on HP ENVY 700-047c Desktop PC. So we do not know if it works. You may try at your own discretion.
You have a good day ahead.

The SDXC card is a type of SD card, so it may be supported. Perhaps it has more to do with my operating system (Windows 10). My husband subsequently found this site which seems to indicate the SDXC card is ok with my computer. Let me know if you think otherwise: https://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3389/kw/operating%20systems%20exFAT
P.S. My computer DOES support SDHC cards, which are also a type of SD card.

So...my husband went out and bought some SDXC cards and we just tried them. They seem to work fine.
I'm posting this in case others were wondering. I suppose they must try on their own computers to see if they work.
FYI...
