Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

I looked a various HP manuals associated with your product using inductive reasoning. It is very had to determine your PC's chipset or processor upgrade options.

The systemboard supports up to a i7-8700k processor. So you have a 1151 processor socket.

The 1151 socket using a Z370 or Z390 chipset supports i9-9900k processors. But HP would have to provide a BIOS update to enable i9 processor support.

HP has a BIOS update at this (Link), but there is no mention in the fixes if this update adds  i9 CPU support.

Forgot to add you do have a PCIe x16 slot for discrete graphics card upgrades. A SFF PC will limit the size of the graphics card upgrade options.

Your Pc's reference materials can be reviewed at the following HP link. Look in User Guides (Link). Hardware and Maintenance Guides

Regards
