It appears that I cannot update my HP P6610F desktop to Windows 11 as it fails the compatibility test. I read that if the computer as a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) chip, that just need to be enabled. Does this desktop of this chip? It did not appear in my BIOS settings.

The P6610F doesn't meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements for several reasons:
It has no TPM 2.0 security device.
It does not have a UEFI BIOS
It does not support Secure boot
The Intel® Pentium® E5300 processor does not support SSE 4.2
You can install W11 23H2 on your PC but you will have to leave it on that version.
