HP Pro 3500 MT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP PRO 3500 MT with thiso A74F7982-161C-4E55-9D2D-83BCF00469A0.jpeg MoBo.

I was wondering, does the fan header have voltage regulation? If no, I’ll have to get a controller. Thanks in advance! Teun

all curent motherboards have 4 pin fan headers that use PWM to regulate the fam speeds based on predefined bios settings

and some (but not all) bios's give you some control over fan(s) settings consufer systems usually have no or very limited bios control over fan speeds

some 3rd party apps like HWMonitor or speedfan can over ride the default settings from within windows

or you can use a hardware based fan controller (which usually also incluses a software app) that controls a attached fan(s)
