Does my laptop support MPP?

I have bought two different stylus pens since I've had my computer (only a year), none of them work how I wanted. Both pens were from Amazon. I want a pen that does ink to text like the apple pen does with an iPad. I found a pen on the HP website for $45, but my computer needs to have MPP for it to work. How do I know if my laptop supports that? Where would I find it?
