You would need a new motherboard and there aren't any that support W11 processors that would work in your PC.
I've used the above video to upgrade a dozen different HP and Dell desktop and notebook PCs -- some much older than yours to W11 24H2.
Works fine.
I upgraded a HP 800 G3 Desktop Mini PC to W11 24H2 and it came with the i5-6500T.

Your PC's motherboard only supports the following Intel 7th generation core processors, none of which meet Microsoft's W11 compatibility requirements.
Intel Core i7-7700T
Intel Core i5-7400T
Intel Core i3-7100T
Intel Pentium G4560T
If you are interested in installing W11 24H2 on your PC as is, watch this video:
How to install Windows 11 24H2 on Unsupported PC (Early Access) 2024 (youtube.com)
Download the W24H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
You can download the free 7-Zip file utility from the link below. The top line is for 64 bit.
You'll have to repeat this procedure each October when Microsoft rolls out the new builds because a PC that does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements will never automatically get the update to the next build.
Other than that, your PC will continue to get the monthly cumulative and other updates.
That's only a minor inconvenience to have continued OS support beyond October of 2025.

You're very welcome.
Maybe you will find this method easier, which is what I used to use before I found the first video I posted.
The Rufus utility does all the work for you. All you need to do is to open the USB flash drive in Windows explorer and double click on the setup application in the list of files on the flash drive.
Follow the instructions for how to do an in-place upgrade.
I only check the first two options on the bypass instructions.

Here's the link to the Rufus download website:
I use the portable version.
Set the Rufus partition scheme to GPT, not MBR if your PC has secure boot enabled with the BIOS in UEFI mode (which was the default BIOS setting).
Your notebook's processor supports SSE 4.2 and POPCNT.
