Generally it depends on the country of purchase.
If the pc is sold for example on the Hp US site, it is suitable for the electrical network (The electrical grid?) US, but in many cases it may be suitable for others
We often have two electrical sockets, one US type and the other European in packaging!
But the best will be to contact the dealer directly!

Ok, in this case, better as I said contact either Hp directly or the seller, they must be able to confirm!
I had done research in the meantime, it seemed to confirm that it is possible, but there remains a doubt, I can not tell you that it is 100% ok
Also ask if you have the two power sockets I understand that we do not have the same depending on the country
USA maybe :
France for example :
all the computers i had had both, but maybe not anymore !
