The product i'm using is an desktop which is HP Slim Desktop - S01-pF0305in, I want to upgrade it like installing an S.S.D. and additional graphic card, So can i install them and please give relevant suggestion like which garphics card and SSD will be suitable for it...

" Please give relevant suggestion". The last time I did that, I was told that $1200 USD was too much to spend. So you need to answer WHY ? If your a gamer, mention the most intense game. You answer, and I can make an informed suggestion OK🤔
1) First of all, no one has ever seen your MIlton motherboard. Some pictures (whole chassis, and 4 different views of the interior would be nice. Snapshot of entire rear. That would be nice. (I save them).
2) The PSU is an HP proprietary designed unit. Comes in 180W, 310W, 400W, and 500W.
3) Here is your computer, and it would accept an M.2 NVMe SSD like the Samsung 970 EVO
4) A single 4GB ram module needs to be upgraded.
