Hi:
According to the motherboard specs at the link below, the Hana motherboard can support 4 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 MHz memory.
HP Desktop PCs - Hana motherboard specifications | HP® Support
DDR5 memory is not supported in your PC's motherboard.
It runs at a lower voltage than DDR4
It has a different number of contact pins than DDR4
The notch in the memory board is cut in a different place than it is in a DDR4 memory chip, making it impossible for a DDR5 memory chip to fit in a DDR4 memory slot.

The specs for the HP 8876 motherboard indicate it has 4 memory slots.
So, you could install 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 MHz memory, leave the 2 x 8 GB of memory in there and have 48 GB of memory.
No need to remove the 8 GB chips if the motherboard specs are correct (that it has 4 memory slots).
If it only has two, 2 x 16 GB would be the max.
