Check and run windows update. Also install optional available updates and these drivers should get install automatically.

What is the full model number or product number of your PC?

 

What operating system do you need the drivers for?

 

Post the hardware IDs for the devices that need drivers.

 

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

 

How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager

 

Nobody can help you without knowing the above information.
