I just want to download drivers for the HP 581201-B21 Server Ethernet Adapter 10GBase-X PCI Express x8 2 Slots

Hi:

 

That part number is for a HP NC550SFP Dual Port 10 GbE Server Adapter.

 

The latest driver for that old adapter is this one for Windows Server 2008 R2.

 

Software Details - HP Emulex 10GbE Driver for Windows Server 2008 R2 | HPE Support

 

If you get an unsupported operating system error when you run the driver, see if this works:

 

I have zipped up and attached below, the extracted drivers from the exe file.

 

Download and unzip the file to its folder.

 

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

 

Go to the device manager, click on the ethernet controller needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.

 

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.


Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and hopefully the driver will install that way.
