ENVY23 Internal upgrade

HP Recommended
ENVY23
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have an Envy23 TouchSmart all in one computer model 23se-d494. This system was made in 2014 and needs an upgrade. Can the motherboard, processor and RAM be changed out? The touch screen and optical drive work fine.
