I have a 500gb NVMe drive (EX900 M.2 500gb SSD) that will not work any more. It is about 2 years old and when I put it into another machine it says the drive is in read only mode and cannot be used. I have tried DiskPart to clean the drive and repartition it, it will not allow me to use it in any machine I try. The drive is dead. I did try to add it to my account here but it says it cannot find the serial number in the system. So I cannot seem to get support for it either...

The EX900 M.2 500gb does have a three year warranty.
I can ask a Moderator to help connect you to an appropriate warranty team to start a claim for repair.
