Hopefully someone can help me. Seems like this is a known issue that several experience. I have an HP SSD EX950 m.2 2TB that has died and is under warranty however the HP support site is garbage and it doesn't recognize my SN so I can't check status or get help etc.
@HP how can I get this fixed? The drive has a 5 yr warranty and I am within that time frame. Please help me solve this issue.
