Considering adding a dedicated graphics card and upgrading the processor. What is the best graphics card the motherboard and 250 W power supply will support that fits in the SFF case?
Secondly, it came with Intel Core i5-8500 and am thinking about an upgrade to i7-8700 or i7-8700K? Does HP BIOS allow overclocking of the "K" version? What are the part numbers and where do I find the fan sink, fan baffle and rear fan needed for the 95 W processor?

You can do the reading, and get the answers. HP does not allow overclocking.

Thanks- the part number site was helpful. I had previously read through the specifications and service manual (and I think you linked the wrong one for SFF), but wasn't sure what aftermarket options would work for graphics card.
