Hi All-
I recently purchased an EliteDesk 800 G5 Mini with the i5-9500T. The system is running Windows 11 and has the latest drivers installed from HP for the iGPU. Here's the issue, I have a Dell U4919DW monitor (standard resolution is 5120 x 1440 @ 60 Hz).
When connected to one of the DisplayPorts, I get random black screens every few seconds and occasionally get glitches when playing content on YouTube or even scrolling through Twitter.
I have tried:
- Multiple DisplayPort cables - all exhibit the same issue
- Lower refresh rates over DisplayPort - same issue
- Lower resolutions over DisplayPort - same issue
- I have connected other computers via DisplayPort to the monitor and it operates fine
- DP -> HDMI adapter but all I can get is 1920*1440
I'm at my wit's end here. How do I get this computer to reliably run at 5120 x 1440 @ 60 Hz over DisplayPort? Any ideas here? Do I have a faulty unit?
