Elitedesk 800 g1 SFF upgrade CPU

HI everybody,

I found in a other Elitedesk, dont remember the n° of the model it's a USFF, but, inside there is an Intel I7 4790 S Wouhou!

Actually i have a Intel I5 4590 on my Elitedesk 800 G1 SFF.

I would like to know, with the community (because on the web that have a lot of informations with benchmark and im not sure that is real) if it's a really significative upgrade.

i hope this 4790 S are really powerfull than the I5 4590.

Edit:

I see a lot of cpu comparaison.

I know the I74790K or I7 4790 are better than the I7 4790S

my question is;

for the power (TDP) I7 4790S is only at 65W than the I5 4590 is at 84W

this I7 low TDP do not decrease performance than the I5?
