HP Recommended

While changing the Sata drive on my 800 G2 mini I accidently broke the cable. I have a new cable on order but I can't seem to find anywhere in the maintenance manual or youtube how to safely remove the old cable from the motherboard and install the new cable. The cable plug doesn't seem to have a lock/unlock clip or similar. Has anyone done this before or seen this cable?
