I have a (High End) Z840 Workstation, 2X E5-2699, And i run a vmware ESXi on it in Bare Metal mode which means ESXI is the main OS i removed the windows OS and i let it to boot up with ESXi vmware.
So, After i booted up with the vmware ESXi and i logged in to the ESXi Host Client i got an error message saying:
"This system has no IPMI capabilities, you may need to install a driver to enable sensor data to be retrieved"
So, My question is can i enable the IPMI from the BIOS or i need to install some driver and if i need to install a driver how can i do that from the BIOS or from the vmware OS?

IPMI (intelligent Plan Management Interface is in it's essence, remote management.
You will need to install and enable that capability in the VMWare OS. That is likely to be a client system which manages the ESXi an VMs.
You would be far better served in terms of driver access and connection to others with the same workstation and OS by joining the VMWare VMTN communities.
There is some discussion on the subject at the hyperlink below. Your workstation is on the ESXi compatibility list. That is a good thing.

Thank you Erico for your reply, great news that my HP-Z840 is on the ESXi compatibility list, so as i understand from you that i have to install some driver in vmware OS, so in this case i have to check with vmware community or support team in order to get the exact steps to start with the driver installation in order to enable the IPMI system monitoring feature

You're welcome.
Yes.
That is the best place to start. Join the forum and search for your PC + ESXi in the forum.
Good luck!
